    1. Registration/confirmation of seminar registration

Registration takes place via the email form on this webpage (from here on “website”) or privately. A deviation on the way of registration requires personal confirmation by the organizer. The registration becomes legally binding immediately after payment. Participant will be required to sign a waiver and NDA provided by the organizer at the time of seminar. Refusal to sign aforementioned waiver and NDA may result in participant being refused to attend seminar. No refund will be given in such case.

    1. Service

The participation fee applies to one person or two persons, depending on your purchased ticket option. The fee includes tuition, three overnight stays with meals included, goodie bag, spa entry and video recordings in digital form (from here on “seminar documents”). The organizer is authorized to change the advertised curriculum, teachers, content and outlined schedule at any time due to constraints or unforeseen events that might arise.

    1. Prices, due date and payment

If not otherwise agreed, the payment is due at time of registration. In any case, the payment takes place in advance, without any proof of consideration by the organizer.

    1. Exemption from liability

Any accountability of the organizer for any property damage or precuniary loss, due to a negligent breach of duty by the organizer, his legal representatives or assistants, is excluded in any way.

In case of cancellation, the organizer is allowed to charge a cancellation fee of up to 60% of the total participation fee. In case of nonappearance at seminar, or cancellation within 60 days before the seminar, the participant is liable to pay the complete participation fee and no part of the fee will be refunded. The organizer is willing to accept a substitute participant, free of extra charge, as long as the organizer is informed in writing at the latest 60 days before the start of the seminar. Any cancellation requires a written notification to the organizer.

The participant will be informed if the seminar cannot be conducted due to force majeure, an absence of  instructor(s), incidents at the seminar location or an insufficient amount of participants. A cancellation by the organizer due to an insufficient amount of participants will take place at the latest 3 weeks before the seminar. In case of such an event the participation fee will be reimbursed.

    1. Photos and Video

The seminar will be digitally recorded on video and photo (from here on “digital recordings”). Participants agree to be filmed and photographed at location before, during and after the seminar. They also agree that the organiser might share those digital recordings with other seminar participants, upload them to social media websites and use them for advertising and marketing purposes on- and offline without additional notice and no compensation whatsoever.
