I get it. Funny. But do you think if Karate-Do came from America, those that actually did Karate-Do would really look like this? I agree though, a lot of fatties in the U.S. Could it be though that this jab has anything to do with World Cup fervor??
Hahaha, so funny..
So what are you trying to say Jesse? Here’s a question…what would it look like if it came from Europe? Arnold?????? =)
Hmm. This is possibly the first article on your site that I don’t like and agree with. I get the humor but it seems like sort of an insult to ALL Americans. I won’t take it personal though considering that I have low body fat
I still like you, Jesse.
HA HA HA, I bet one of these pics will end up on someone else’s site talking about how sanchin is bad for your health or somrthing. Oh no at the end the old master gained all kinds of weight. LOL even though I am American, it’s funny
Jesse
I had always wondered how you look like and I had asked some friends from Manila who described you to me in terms of mutual friends here, height and weight and facial features similar to some karatekas here.
Since this article showed pictures, please favor me with an inclusion of your picture, preferably one from head to toe.
Please find another occasion to give your curious readers like me who had not met you in Okinawa yet.

ps:I wish to say something about myself, I did Kobayashi ryu in the seventies from my sensei, Hanshi Seigi Shiroma, and was ranked Nidan by Sensei Katsuya Miyahira in May 1972.Even at my advanced age, I got a Shodan in Meibuken Goju ryu from Hanshi Meitatsu Yagi.Ciao.
Even if America looks like this today, it didn’t in 1920-50.
And if you compare these guys to American MMA stars today, it’s a different story altogether.
Couldn’t agree with you more.
